Ive been handraising my newest foster since the day she was born. She was onlu 75 grams. Very tiny, thin fur and very very red skinned. She was found by herself on a riverbank.

She was doing really well shes 8 days old now. She was up to 88 grams. But went down to 76 grams because she got sick. Shes doing better now and is now up to 78 grams. But shes been having really yuky stools. Bloody and really thin. Her behind is also very sore from going so often. Shes eating great still. But wants to eat every 10-15 minutes. Im letting her because shes sick.

Any tips on getting her to feel better?

i know over feeding can cause very lose stools, and the bleeding could be due to her going so often, but i would get a vet to check her over as there could be an underline problem.
keep us updated and hope she gets well soon.

She has been to the vet he said she has a URI. He said otherwie sshes perfectly healthy. Active, progressing normally and everything else checked out fine.

But that doesnt explain loose stool. Shes not eating to much just smaller amounts more often. She eats the same amount as before she got sick.

if she is on antibiotics they can sometimes upset a cats/kittens tummy. if it gets very bad tell your vet and he may have to change medication (if thats possible)
