Good morning, afternoon and evening to everyone.

My day involved an interview with a company that my job agent set up for me.
Well the clown didn't bother to ask the company if they had any vacancies so that was a complete waste of time

. It's not the first time either, long story short, when I first got here, a lady came up to me in the supermarket offering me a job at her English school. I had a 80min interview with her to find out that they didn't have any vacancies either, so you have to ask why people interview you if there are no vacancies. Or maybe people just don't like me??? this city isn't particularly foreigner friendly.

I noticed that TCS was having lots of activity, I checked before my interview and then after that, there lots of new posts, a few that had been closed even. Normally at that time of day there are only a dozen new posts.

Nah actually its been a pretty lazy day, very very hot again.

Work for me today, and it is going to be a mean one because I have been awake since 4am

Oh well it is the only day I work this week so, I should cope!

I forgot to mention I was woken up at about 0645, to something that sounded like a car slamming into the building. It was an earthquake, very tiny but made a heck of a thud.

I didn't get a wink of sleep last night, per usual.

Today I have a pre-employment drug screening... Ooooo exciting. Driving an hour and a half to pee in a cup.

It's a very good company, so I guess that's just the way it goes.

Then it's grocery and household products shopping!

Morning. We have a weather change tomorrow and I can feel it. I ache.

Hopefully that weather change will be a day we won't be above 90. It was 100 yesterday.

To risk sounding like a broken record.....overcast and rain predicted (again).
In the low 70's very continues to be very humid.

However no rain yesterday!! Might even have to mow lawn in the next few day too.

Anyhow going for long needed hair appt later this morning!!

Then attending auction preview-a large landscape company going out of business-selling everything!!! Have to see if anything worth buying.

Perhaps stop at grocery store.

Neil and the other mgrs are golfing this afternoon-must be rough!!

I lead such an exciting life!!

Morning/evening all!!

Seems like I start out with the same ole thing every morning, so here goes!!

Looks like it is gonna be another hot one here today, yesterday high was a whopping 103 degrees, now that's hot!!

Todays high will be around 101 w/heat indices of 105-110!!

Nothing really planned for today except for maybe alittle grocery shopping later on. (gotta eat)

Well, it's Friday folks, so hope everyone has a good one!!

Raining very hard here today, looks more like a raincoat day instead of an umbrella one.

Heading off to work in a bit, have meetings again for most of the afternoon then some catch up work to day...Hopefully I will get everything finished up and be headed for home by 7.

Kitties are sitting in the window watching the rain, they are lazy today and have spent most of the morning napping.

I am very achy today due to the weather I suppose, you know your getting old when you can predict the weather via your aches and pains.

Oh well that's what they invented Advil for.

Well the wife an I went to the supermarket, yes at 0030 and after we went to go back to the car we saw a stray cat. Don't worry we didn't catch it nor did we try. It was scrounging around for food, so we bought a sachet of wet for it but when we returned, he was gone. But then we saw a black 1 tried to feed him but not sure if he took it, I couldn't get closer than 10m so left some for him at 1 end of the carpark, went back to the other end and left some for the first one we saw, then come home.

I teased my wife and said "thats right, we can't afford to feed ourselves or our 3 cats, but we can feed someone else's cat. I bet he has a home and just pretending to be a stray for more food"
Well the wife laughed so thats good.
