Ok anyone got any good remedies? I feel like poo. I am cramping horribly and I think my wisdom teeth are coming in because I keep tasting blood and have a really sore spot on my gum. Anyone got any ideas to make this pain stop? I took a naproxen at about 11:30... but its not helping all that much.

Oh goodness, I'm allergic to naproxen, BUT when I'm cramping hardcore, I take 800mgs of Ibuprofen....if it's REAL bad, I cocktail that with Dayquil.

(big advocate for dayquil, it's like the best drug out there!)

Works like a charm everytime!

Definitely try the Ibuprofen though. That's what doctor's recommend for cramping.

yea we have some of that here that I thought about taking, but I've never had it and I really hate taking new medicines when I am alone, but I will try it tonight when someone else gets home. Thanks bunches!

A heating pad or a hot pack to your lower back or lower abdomen works wonders for cramps.
For mouth pain of the sort you describe I drink ice water and suck on the cubes.

Yeah, heating pads (I believe Playtex sells disposable ones--they are great!). I understand. I'm at work, with the worst cramps right now too. I had my wisdom out years ago though, but I remember when all four of them started to grow out. Not fun.

Yea I'm thinking that I'm going to have to get my boyfriend to stop by the store and get some of those for me. Either that or try to drive to the store. Luckily I didnt have to work today, but I do tomorrow so I'm hoping I'll feel better by then.
