One of my kittens, Sadie has what feels like a small umbilical hernia. I noticed it a few days ago, and she's the only one with the bump on her belly.
My dog Comet had an umbilical hernia when he was a pup, so I know what it looks and feel like.
My question is has anyone else had any experience with a umbilical hernia in a kitten?
Since it's so small should I even worry about it yet, or will it heal on its own?

i have only read about them , but what i have read it does need to be checked by the vet, he will be the best person to advise you on what to do.

If it doesn't heal on its own, then you can have it fixed when you have her spayed.

Ginger had one that required surgery, that's when we had it corrected. Not all umbilical hernias will need surgery.

Your vet is your best resource.
