I have gained 20
pounds in a year!!!
The fact that I'm not working right now doesn't help but I started gaining when I was working. My job was very physical too. I'm down to only to pairs of jeans that will fit me. I have got to get my
together fast.

I haven't been working either.


Plus I've developed the great habit of stress eating.




It's so easy to gain, and SO hard to lose.

*sigh*


I have at last count 87 pairs of jeans.....1 fit.
I refuse to buy more fat clothes.

35 gained in 2 years here. Going from an active on my feet job, to a desk job, and quitting smoking.

Going to start a diet in a few weeks. Am doing lots of research and menu planning first.

No weight gain here, I have lost 30 lbs. since February. I found out I was diabetic in February and Doc said I needed to lose weight, so at least I have gotten that much off. I would like to lose another 20!!
