I was loading the kids in the truck this morning to take them to school when the neighbor across the street stopped me.
She says "Where's Tiger?" I said "What did he do?"
(I know Tiger and his antics).
She says "Im not mad but I just wanted to let you know he went fishing in my Koi pond last night and happen to get one of them"

I apologized profusely about it and offered to replace the fish but she laughed it off and said "Don't worry about it. Cats will be cats and I know how hard it is to try and keep them inside" *shew*

When I came home Tiger was sitting on the porch with a snide look on his face as to say "What? They shouldn't be so easy to catch"

For those of you who don't know, Tiger's father was feral and its VERY hard to keep him inside. He will scream for days on end and tear the house apart.
He's usually good about sticking around the house but then again, he IS a curious kitty.
Everyone in the neighborhood knows he's ours and loves him. We had problems with one neighbor in the past but thankfully they've moved

My gosh, you're very fortunate to have an understanding neighbor. I sure hope you can talk Tiger out of any more escape attempts!

We've battled with Tiger for a couple years now. We tried to keep him in the house and he would have a complete fit.
