What was the last vacation you went on? Would you recommend it to others?

I went to Cleveland on my last vacation, and yes I would recommend it. Be sure to ride the Goodtime III, Lolly the Trolly and visit the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Try dinner at a Polish Restaurant while you are there and have some homemade pierogis and stuffed cabbages or some Kyshka and don't forget the nut roll!

Besides traveling to cat shows, my last vacation was 5 years ago. We took my daughter to Disney World.

Our last big vacation was to Ocean City, Maryland. And yes I would recommend it to everyone! I LOVE it up there! Its soooo pretty! And Assategue Island is great to go watch the wild horses on!
Last small vacation was to Gatlinburg, We went to Dollywood and to Hard Rock Cafe. I would recommend Dollywood if you had a season pass, or if you like smaller amusement parks. Its kinda expensive...But season passes are worth it if you go 2 or 3 times.

Ummm...the last "vacation" we had was a mix of business and a little vacation. We went to Santa Monica, CA. We enjoyed being able to drive on the Pacific Coast Highway and found a great restaurant right on the beach. You eat outside and take your shoes off so your feet are in the sand. We enjoyed it even though we only had two days for the vacation part.

I went to Atlantic city for a few nights last spring. It was amazing!!! We stayed at the Tropicana, which is just beautiful inside. It has great shops, restaurants, and night spots. We got all dressed up and went to P.F. Changs for dinner, then did a little slot machines (I'm not too into that so we only spent about 15 minutes in the casino), then some shopping and bar/lounge hopping. There's a really excellent place called Cuba Libre, a rum bar/restaurant, which had some very delicious and unique drinks. It was honestly one of the best times of my life! Really a great place to let go and just have a good time. Of course, the surrounding area is just as fun. So much to do! I HIGHLY recommend it.

Ocean City is really nice! I went there recently. We went out of season though, so it wasn't that expensive (we even upgraded to an oceanfront condo). I'd like to go back when it's warmer and enjoy the water.

I don't remember it's been so long!

Well, our last family vacation was to South Carolina in 1989. We went to see my nephew graduate from Parris Island (Marine Corps). We also visited Savannah, Georgia and some of the barrier islands. Yes, I do recommend seeing the area.

My last vacation was to Arizona to visit my sister and I would not recommend it to anyone because it is horribly hot there. She tried to justify the heat by pointing out that there is no humidity. But, you know, 110 is still 110 humidity or not and that is freakin HOT!

I just got back from NYC, and yes, I recommend it to anyone.
I go every year - and still have not done "everything".

Salmon Le Sac in the Cascades, we managed to find some fairly low elevation snow in July

Bypassed the campground though, opted to leave the paved road behind and took a Forestry service road way back up into no man's land for some wilderness camping.

Went to the Destin, FL area in July. It's very relaxing and I love the beach. We've been several times now. It's definitely a lovely place if you enjoy the beach...but watch out for the sharks!

We went to Tennessee to visit my inlaws and we spent a few days in Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. It was a nice trip and there were a variety of things to do, including visiting the mountains, wich was a priority for DH!
