I had some turkey meatballs covered in tomato sauce and parmesan cheese.

There's no place like home
In my never ending quest to eat all the peppers and cantalope coming out of my garden, tonight we are having Pepper Pork with a side of fresh cantalope. For dessert, its homemade cantalope ice cream (it's actually quite delectible).

For lunch we had cream cheese stuffed jalapenos with a side of sliced cantalope.

It's a really good thing that I like peppers and cantalope so much.

Seriously, though, alligator? How do you fix it? What does it taste like?
I have had alligator as an appetizer, and it is good.

back home in VA!
alligater is really good!!!! Tonight I put about half a cup of water a tbsp of butter(walmart GV red box) and enough old bay to taste...I put the alligator in the frying pan and placed the lid on the pan and let simmer for about 45 minutes checking on it every 10-15 minutes flipping it over...Alligator is a very tough meat so it really needs to simmer to get it soft though it stays chewy
I really like deep fried alligator and alligator sausage....I had it when I was on vacation and come back home wanting it!!! Mine wasnt as good but it hit the spot
