What's for supper

I am making baked chicken, scallopped potatoes, brocolli and cheese, and french style green beans I am eating good tonight

They (the boys and hubby) are having regular hamburgers. I am having a veggie burger.

I had leftover frito pie (yummy!!)as Neil is up at the farm (working in the rain??)

Went to Ellie's 50's Diner in Delray Beach (FL) and had a seafood salad sandwich on whole wheat and a diet Coke.

Diet Coke w/lime and maybe some ice cream later

Leftover curried cauliflower with cream crackers and a plain Pepsi.

Italian Sausage, Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms (from Cooks.com). For the side, corn on the cob and cantalope. I gotta do something with all the peppers and cantalope coming in from our garden!

For desert, I have a choice of 2 ice creams that I've recently made: Mint Chocolate Chip or Cantalope (like a fruity Sherbet). Yup, I just got the ice cream attachment for the Kitchenaid.

Our BBQ just fell apart! The salt air rusts everything around here!

We were going to have BBQ's skewered shrimp and salmon but now I'm going to broil it. We're also having rice and stuffed eggplant.

We just had Cheesy hashbrown hamburger helper with ground turkey instead of beef of course. It was nice, bland and actually didn't make me sick on either end to put it nicely. It was the first thing I've held in, in two days. Pretty proud of that just so you know. (sucks being sick.)

We had a steak and fruit salad with mangos, peaches, strawberries, cantaloupe, and kiwi and cool whip. I don't know what's for dessert, I might just have candy at my friend's house when I go there in a bit.

I had Cream of Asparagus soup and Garlic Bread...it was yummy.

I haven't had dessert yet but am planning on having a Mint Chocolate Swirl ice cream cone a little later.

I made spaghetti

I didnt feel like eating anything so I had a bottle of water...DH had some left over chicken alfredo from last night

I thought outside the bun tonight and had Taco Bell.
