Hi guys. Thanks to everyone who suggested a new name for my neighbor's abandoned cat, "Come Here," who's now in my care. There are so many great one's I figured it was time to create a poll, before the list got any longer. I love them all and can't decide, so it's up to you guys. All I can tell you about "Come Here" is that she's very sweet (kind of scared right now), is about 2-years-old and has a bit of a rough start to life. Here's a link to the original thread to remind you what she looks like.

Now, please vote and help me choose a new name for the gorgeous girl as she begins her new life! Thanks guys.

It was me, I voted Macy. Don't know why I it came into my head but I suddenly thought 'Macy Gray' the singer!!
Just seemed to work with the cat's colouring

Mittens

It vacuum time.

I'll be watching for this little girl's adoption updates.

She looks exactly like my friend's cat Gabby! Short for Gabriella but since she's such a talker and 'gabs' a lot, they nicknamed her Gabby.
I voted for Mittens!

I picked Sophie because that was my Chester's name before I adopted him.

Apparently his first people thought he was a girl but never bothered to change his name when they found out he wasn't.

I think she looks more like a Sophie than he does.

I voted for Mittens but honestly I think Hope would be an excellent name for her because you have already given her a ray of hope in her life by rescuing her. Good luck picking her name and I hope she finds a wonderful family.

Saffron! It's so unusual, it fits the color of her eyes, and it makes me think of Donovan's "Mellow Yellow," a very nice tune. ("I'm just mad about Saffron... She's just mad about me...") And it shortens to Saffy, which is lovely!

I also like the idea of shortening Come Here to Mere -- but you could spell it Mir, like the space station, which means "Peace."

Wow! No votes for my name suggestions!
Well, at least I wasn't the only one whose name suggestion didn't get a vote. My suggestion has a vote now, mine! I voted for Ella or Ellie.
