Hi! I'm tigerlily0 and I'm glad I discovered this site. I'm a cat lover from way back. My family got our first cat when I was about 4 years old, I think.
Right now, I have one 18-year-old black and white shorthair named Rascal (sorry, I don't have any online pictures). Being 18 years old, he's got a bunch of health problems like anemia, inflammatory bowel disease, kidney failure, circulation problems, etc. I give him subcutaneous fluids every other day, prednisone, flagyl, and procrit. He's doing okay, but I figure he'll probably not make it to his next birthday.
After he passes away, I'm planning on heading over to the shelter and getting a couple of cats to replace him (not that a new cat can really replace him after 18 years).
