After neuter question...

How can I discourage Sophie from licking his incision???

He keeps trying to and I just keep making him stop, I have him on the bed with me and I'm going to spend the rest of the day and night with him by my side, but I'm afraid I'll turn my back, or fall asleep and he'll go to town licking it!!

Any suggestions???

It's natural for him to lick it a bit. I would just keep an eye that it doesn't start to look red and sore. Our vet said that if Bijou wasn't "over-licking", not to worry and he healed up just fine without stitches or even glue.
