We just adopted a new 5 month old kitten yesterday. His name is Rupert and his is a Ragdoll mix. Shortly after he was home, I noticed that he had sections of ringworm wiggling out of his rear. (yuck!!!!!)
Today his bowels are loose and he is farting "wet farts". (am I grossing you out yet????) I think he also has ear mites and now he is sneezing and clear stuff is bubbling out of his nose.

I am taking him to the vet tomorrow morning.....he is going to probably need a lot of meds to make him better. He is still purring non-stop and so loving.

I can't wait until he is better and doesn't get poop all over the place and I can give him a nice bath!!!!

Oh,
So sorry to hear about that icky news. I feel so bad for the little tyke. The shelter (or breeder?) may have not done a good job caring for him after birth, in a very dirty place or such? You should also inform them about it, if this kitty just came to you. They should know, to fix up and prevent more happening.

Best Wishes to you and your little one. Sounds like you are going to take great care of him. - Hana

Ringworm is a skin disorder and not actually a "worm". Sounds like your kitty may have roundworms. A stool sample for the vet should identify the problem and be treated properly.

I'm sure after his vet visit and the right meds, you'll have a healthy and loving little fellow by the sounds of it.

Yes, I meant to say TAPEWORM. He was at the vet yesterday morning and I also gave him a bath. He is feeling so much better today!!!! And smells nice too!!! He is a little bugger at taking his meds though. I refuses to swallow and lets it run out of his mouth. My daughter has to hold his mouth open while I hold his nose to get him to swallow!!!
