I slept most the day today and I still feel so tired. I wonder what's up. Maybe it's just because it's dreary out or something. I feel like going to bed but I can't.
I think they say if you sleep too much that you'll feel even more tired. They also say that a 20 minute nap can help you feel revitalized but I don't see how that is since it takes me more than 20 minutes to fall asleep in the first place!
