I`m switching from the CLAY type Tidy Cat crystals to the SCOOP type.
How do I use it? How many inches? How often does it need to be completely changed?
3 cats...one large 18 x 22 litter box. I scoop in the AM and in the PM and inbetween if I see one of the cats using it, (or that one has)
Please inform me if you have any experience with this product.
(With the clay type I was doing a complete change 1x a week and adding a little when I saw it getting lower.)
Thanks for any info you can offer.
Linda

well I use clumping to and your scooping schedule sounds really good as you only have one box
I also add clumping when it seems to be getting low and usually do a full change and wash once a month, or more often depending on if a kitty decided to dig to China and pee in the bottom of the box

We have the clumping kind.. We also have one of those automatic litter box thingies,, but it doesn't always work,, so we scoop at least once a day...

Change when it's low.. The more litter you put in the better.. My girls don't dig so deep when the litter is really high when we had those big litter boxes..

Sounds like your doing it right to me. I scoop when I come home from work, and again in the morning before I go to work. I had more litter every few days, you'll see after scooping awhile when it starts getting low.
In my experience not all scooping litters are the same. I'm using one I got on sale, and I am not happy with it. It seems like it's just sand, and it also seems like it makes the scooped clumps stink even more!!
