Frontline... Cheap places to buy

Well I'm harness and leash training a kitten and I have an indoor/outdoor cat, Bindi and I was wondering where Frontline flea and tick is sold in St paul MN for cheap?
The petco by my house wants $56!

My vet will frontline a cat for $14 each(and I'm sure they all have to be treated, even if one goes out, right?)
