siggy making question

Hey,

I want to try making signatures. I want to use a free program because I won't use it for anything else. I have tried gimp, paint.net, photo plus and pixia, and none are working for me. They need a confirmation email which I am not receiving, and a the others I am confused on how to download them. Can someone help or give me a link to a different program? Also links to tutorials when I do have the program downloaded? THANKS!

okay, i have photo plus downloaded and ready. can someone please give me a tutorial for making siggies in that program??!!! Thanks!

Please let me know how that program works. I would like to make siggies as well.

It doesn't work very well and I'm confused about the buttons. I also downloaded Paint.NET, which looks easier to use, so if anyone could help me find tutorials for that it would be great.
