muppets

He is a rescue Bichon ...... he's also a big Bichon ..... most of them are small, but some do come in larger sizes. Its ironic the new neighborhood we moved into has 3 other Bichons in close proximity and they are all the large Bichons, too.

Care to answer some Q&A for me?

What is "normal" sized for Bichons? And how big is your little muppet? (I've never met a Bichon before)

Yes, muppets, moppets, muffins, CUTE WITTEWL DOGGIES!!!

I've always loved the Bichon and promised myself that someday when I 'm really old and need to go for regular walks that I would adopt one.

I'm jealous of you.

Of course I dont mind Nat! The regular size is about 8-10 LBS for girls 10-12 LBS for boys give or take ....... and my big boy weighs about 23 LBS ..... he should weigh about 18 though, I have changed his diet recently and added some swimming exercises that he loves, to help him slim down to a handsome 18 LB cutie pie.

We have had him about 2 years now ..... I had no intentions of getting a dog at that moment but he actually stood in the middle of the road and stopped us. His owner didnt want him anymore and his living conditions were very sad. He has been a love muffin ever since
Hes very calm and mature
some Bichons can be be "jumpy", but he is not. And he totally respects the cats.

I remember that story of how you adopted him! He is so lucky you guys took him in. Look at the life he's living now!!! Sweet little "muppet" deserves to have so much fun. I wish every dog could have a pool.

Yes he does. The house we just moved from had the sweetest Labradoodle living right across the street. They are beautiful dogs and he was sooooo sweet and full of love.

Thanks Everyone! We have been swimming daily and he loves it!
