My mom's cat swallowed a rubber band yesterday. I was at my parents' house for about 2 hours after she swallowed it, and she was acting normal. Will she just poop it out?

Have them watch her very carefully. If it makes a blockage in her intestines, she will be very sick and won't be able to eat and will vomit a lot. You'll be able to tell.

There's no place like home
If she doesn't pass it, be prepared to have her in for surgery to remove it. A blockage could kill her.

Sending vibes that she can pass it through!

Give her hairball goop a few times a day, it should help move it along.

My cat once swallowed some very stiff Christmas tinsel and it came out fine. Like someone else mentioned, unless the kitty starts to show some distress, he/she should be ok.
