I'm not sure if this is the right place to post it, but this is just a happy story I want to share with all of you.
About 3 months ago, at the apartments where my grandmother lives, a woman who owns a cat broke her hip. Since then, she has been in the hospital and more recently, a nursing home. And no one has really taken care of her cat, Louie. The woman's daughter came to feed it once or twice a week, and all day this cat would sit in the window and beg for the smallest amount of attention from the other senior citizens who live there. It was really a sad sight to see.
Anyways, my Grandma just lost her beautiful baby cat back in Feburary, and she has been depressed since. She heard about this cat, and she OFFERED to take it until the old woman in the nursing home comes back. Wow, I never expected that! And earlier today my grandma took Louie in...
Now my grandmother is not lonely anymore, and neither is the cat.
Also, it turned out that the cat was used to attention, and it also had a urinary tract problem, and it required him to have special food, EVERY OTHER DAY. The poor thing must of been so lonely in the closed up apartment for 2 months.
Though it is not that big of a deal, I thought I would share this little story with y'all, because it really brightened both the cat, and my grandmother's lives.
