Morning friends!!

Welp, its FRIDAY!!! FINALLY!!

I am off to visit my uncle for the weekend right after work..that should be fun!!

And it is sunny and beautiful here yet again, we are so lucky!!

No answers yet to the DT - wow!

Just got back from a fire alarm. I was only at work for 10 minutes before we had to leave. Cute firement came. I totoally forgot I was a fire warden and almost left. Fortunately I remembered. We have a woman very hard of hearing - she was in our kitchenette and didn't hear the alarm. I got her out.

I was off yesterday. I lied at work since I don't have sick time - said I had to take care of my sick son. I haven't slept well for about 4-5 days (about 2 hours a night) and I was ready to collapse. Doing a bit better today.

Murder absolute murder, too stinking hot. And when I say hot, turning the fan on is no different from turning on a fan heater, all the windows are open yet the fan cannot produce cold air.

and lucky me got to wear a suit today Gggggggrrrrr

Morning/Evening Everyone!!

Up early to get a load of wash done before it gets too hot, Again!!

Looks like we will have a high of 96 degrees today instead of the 103 we had yesterday, it is so miserably hot, you can't even stand to go outdoors, and the humidity is just awful!!

Not to bad here today a bit cooler which is nice.

Heading off to work shortly, going to be a long busy day for me. I have a ton of stuff to get caught up on.

The kitties are good, sitting in the window watching the neighborhood go by.

Nothing interesting planned for the weekend just work as usual.

Morning everyone,
It is going to be our 1st 100 degree day here for this year..which is quite unusual for us..usually we start the 100's in May or June.
I am helping my daughter start packing today to leave for college next week.

This has been so hard for me, to let her move 1000 miles away for school....but I know it is time to let her go...

I'm going to call the store and see if I can exchange/return the venison I bought for our kitties. The meat just doesn't sit well with them.

We get off @ 4 on Fridays due to summer schedule. It ends after Labor Day

. Going to try to get as much done as possible so I can leave on time.

Just popped in before my 13 hour shift. Lordy I'm a glutton for punishment. It's freaking hot here!
