My boss is going to London for business sometime in the first couple weeks of September.
What is the weather really like then? Cold, Rainy, Hot, Humid?

The weather can be very changeable over here so best to be prepared for all eventualities. Even if we have a warm september it's likely the evenings will get a bit cool. If he's stopping in London it will be a bit warmer than many places due to being a city, but if he thinks he might be visiting places outside of London (especially any coastal areas) best to be prepared for it to be cold, wet and windy!

It could really do anything. It could be 28 Celsius, there could be frost on the ground, it could be dry and sunny, it could be torrential rain.

Best to pack clothes which can be worn in layers to deal with any eventuality! It is true that English people talk a lot about the weather but the reason for that is we never know what's coming next

the last cupple of days have been great, but like what was said summer came late this year. one day it will be hot and sunny the next there will be thunder storms and very bitter out. so pack for warm and cold.
