Any suggestions for me?

I have a Petfinder website and would love to be able to link to our adoption application so that people can fill it out online and send it to us. I currently have the application in a word document but can put it in publisher or whatever. Any ideas for me?

I dont know if you have your own webspace but if you havent you can upload your document to a file storage site and then copy and paste the link to the file into your petfinder page so your customer can download it,Then they only have to fill it in and e-mail it back in an attachment heres a link to some online storage sites,they accept all files so it wont matter that it is word or publisher. http://www.freewebspace.net/guide/diskstorage.shtml I like the idea of this one because it pays reward points for everytime your document is downloaded http://www.filecrocodile.com/
