Hi, I'm new to this forum and I wanted to get everyone's suggestion's on a problem i have. I have an American Bobtail seal point neutered male who is about 11 months old. Stubbs is an inside/outside cat which means he usually comes inside to eat, hangout and occasionally sleep, but primarily spends most of his time outside(he prefers this arrangement). Recently, I was contacted by a neighbor who said Stubbs has been jumping on his car and has put scratches on his hood so bad I'm probably going to have to pay to get it repainted. I personally have seen Stubbs on my vehicles as well as, the neighbor's so I know he is telling me the truth. I have tried to come up with a solution to this, but I'm at a loss for ideas. Declawing and being a full-time inside cat is not an option since there are other neighborhood cats and dogs he would need his claws to defend himself with and he would go crazy inside. Someone please help me with this problem.
