I had a hamster too. She was a funnies sweetest creature that got along even with my cats. The only problem was that I had no idea that they live only 19-24 months when I bought mine. She made it to 26 but I was soooo heartbroken when she died. I feel almost strange to miss such a little animal. Still, she was a personality. I never got another despite that I was tempted many times.
