I was in Vegas for 4 days last week (hubby was there for work). We stayed at Harrah's right on the strip. I took about 200 pictures but here are some of the highlights!

Walking to the Stratosphere (900 ft. funny building in the center)- we gave up and got on a bus!

View of the Vegas Strip from the top of the Stratosphere

Flamingo Habitat at the Flamingo Hotel

The white tiger on display at the Mirage (isn't he gorgeous?!)

The white lions at Sigfried and Roy's Secret Garden

It was sooo much fun!
I'm really lucky that we got to go. If my husband's company hadn't sent him there, I don't know if we ever would have gone. Before I did any research, I thought there wasn't much to do besides gamble, which doesn't interest me.

Wow I want to visit there! I heard it's pretty cheap since they want you to spend all your money gambling. I'm hoping next spring break we'll be able to! It just looks amazing!

There are actually a LOT of free shows and free things to do!
We had 2 nice dinners at steakhouses, but for the rest of our meals we found inexpensive places to eat. And if you do gamble, you get free drinks.

Ugg...I kind of wish I could, but I'm 16.
Don't you have to be 18 or 21?

The Monte Carlo

The fountains at the Bellagio (which we saw from across the street...long story)

Okay I think that's all.
Hope you enjoyed!

Oh, yeah I think you have to be 21. You wouldn't be missing anything though, I didn't gamble at all and I had an awesome time.

Is that white tiger laying in a hottub?
He had a huge swimming area with little bubbly fountains for him to play in and drink from.

DH went there 6 years ago & stayed at the Luxor(sniff sniff) without me. He met Larry the bartender. He doesn't remember anything else. LoL
We are supposed to go there when FIL retires. It was supposed to be last year, then this summer, next year...he keeps pushing it off.

Definitely! Freemont St. was really cool, a very different experience than the strip.
