So, I was watching the news tonight and one of the stories was about an animal anomily. It was about a Male Tortoiseshell cat. He is about six months old and is at the Escondio Humane Society. The article I found does not have pictures but I can tell you from the news I Have seen he is a to die for.

I wish I could adopt him and give him a forever home.

I'm glad the article emphisized the fact they are not "money making" cats and are worth no more then any other cat! Especially in California

Anyway I know of 3 male tortie/calicos that I've met/seen in person. One was a bluecream male longhair HHP. The other two were calico cornish rexes (one in the 1980's at a show, the other just recently at a show). While I got to meet the one in the 80's in person - he was pretty cool, the other was from a C rex breeder and she had photos of him.

One of the kittens she was showing (black/white bicolor) was his offspring. She said he's produced a few weird color kittens and in both cases with the rex, they were both FERTILE males!
