IMO Sanders is a lower life form than Vick and as for McNabb, I hope his mama beats him upside the head.... Vick's "friends and family" aren't throwing him under the bus to clear their names, they're doing it because dog fighting is reprehensible Go Kelly and Sayers!

Absolutely sickening isn't it? The mentality of some morons that, "it's only a dog" Most professional athletes are NO role models.

Some, Like Mohammad Ali, ARE.

A quote from Deion Sanders in the article Cindy posted http://www.itchmo.com/donovan-mcnabb...2050#more-2050
Quote:
“I believe Vick had a passion for dogfighting. I know many athletes who share his passion. The allure is the intensity and the challenge of a dog fighting to the death. It’s like ultimate fighting, but the dog doesn’t tap out when he knows he can’t win.
Huh, what??? A passion for dog fighting??? That is just so sick!

I never have liked Deion Sanders. He was big about the time another Sanders was hitting it big, Barry Sanders. The difference between these two football players was night and day. Deion was all bling, where Barry was the real deal. I bet if he were asked about this, Barry Sanders would have something totally different to say. Never did like Deion. The weenie.

What is bizarre is that he said he knew `many other athletes share his passion'. Does this mean that there's plenty more high-profile sports stars out there torturing and abusing poor helpless dogs? He's kind of implicated some people by opening his big mouth, hasn't he?

And that part about `the dog doesn't tap out'. Well, the dog can't, can it? Can you imagine what happens to any poor dog that tries to back off?

So how is that enjoyable? People make me on a regular basis

Anyone, anyone, who sees the involuntary suffering of others as a good time has serious mental/emotional issues. These sadistic bleeps deserve to be not only tossed under the bus but run over about 20 times as well.

Of course there are more. This kind of activity doesn't exactly have the same feel if you're the only one watching

Exactly, the passion for what... hurting and killing animals, making their lives horrible, torturing life!? There is no way on earth to justify that sick activity. Passion is a strong word. What a total scum bag.
