I can't even imagine raising one baby, let alone 4! I had a good friend in college whose older brother and SIL had quads back in the mid-80s. The parents were still in college at the time - I think about 23 years old! Fortunately, the community and their church were very helpful. One member owned a car dealership and he donated a used car as their mini-pickup was not going to cut it for a family of six. And the church women got together and created a diaper service for them, as that small town didn't have one there. Consequently, they ended up staying in that town, as it proved to be the place for them. My brother is still in touch with the family, and on a recent visit learned that one just got married, one was just graduating college and a third was heading off to the airforce. So, yes, there is an end in sight to having all those kids around!

Thank you! Actually, they aren't that overwhelming really. I feel like there are AOLT of people that have 4 kids really, it just so happens that my 4 came all at once. Just took time to get the routine down, I just sometimes get frustrated when we get stopped in public and have to answer a million questions ... the same ones over and over again
(I don't mean here, I expected them) Just I want to be able to go to the store and be a normal family... a local lady I know, who has 11 year old Quints, seys as they get older, you get stopped less.

What a lovely family! Your kids are beautiful and they look so bright and happy. I love, too, that while they all came at once, it's quite clear that they are -- and, more important, are being allowed to be -- individuals.

That guy of yours is obviously a keeper, too!
Congratulations to you both.

Oh, you and your husband are so lucky... and so are your kids! Just think what a joy it would be to have three built-in friends your own age!

You really rose to a very demanding occasion... you can just see that these are happy kids, and it's clear in everything you say how much you love them. Thank you for sharing your big beautiful family with us!

Hat is off to you! You may not think you're amazing, but it is true
I love the black and white dandelion photo - just perfect.

Hubby, too - wow, what a guy. Does he have much older, single brothers?

Oh wow!! They are gorgeous kids!

May I ask if you were undergoing fertility treatments when you got preggo?
I only ask because my friend is about to undergo invitro, and we hear that alot of times the woman will get preggo with more than one baby.

You don't have to answer if thats too personal

It is personal, but unfortunately... when I ended up with this many kids, its too hard to avoid that question, unlike when you just have twins.

No we did not do invitro. However, I belong to a multiples group where I'd say 80% of the multiples concieved from fertility assistance are from invitro.

Quick and to the point, the husbands boys needed directions & my overies were stimulated as added insurance as the doctor wanted on a low dose of meds. (low dose... *eep!*) & pow... I became a planting ground for fetusus.
