Romney and Religion...

I'm glad he stood up for himself and said he was sick of answering questions about his faith. However, it would have been nice for him to say so on the air, and not have the images leaked on YouTube.

that is very true.

Wow. I like him better than I did before I read that. The DJ is a jerk. He's right- he can be loyal to his faith without making everyone else be.

A good percentage of Americans and politicians could learn from him.

Thats a subject that I can't really understand at all. I have never applied a person's faith as part of their identity. In fact, of the 152 people that I work with or around, I only know the faith of 1 of them, and that is only because his faith is why he insists on staying on night shift.

As one of his former gubernatorial constituants, I highly recommend AGAINST voting for this guy. He just doesn't give two hoots for anyone that isn't included in his own income bracket.

I can't say that I'm impressed at all with Mitt Romney, but his choice of religion certainly doesn't play into that. When JFK was running and elected as the first Catholic President, there were a lot of people who were freaking out that the Pope would have undue influence over American politics. That didn't happen. I just don't think that it's that big of a deal beyond how their beliefs woul influence policy (i.e. stem cell research, etc.)

He did say as much during an interview this morning on Good Morning America, and I thought he handled it quite well. I think it's time for this issue to be put to rest, and I hope this does it.

Yes, that is a fact. I just watched a long biography on the history of the Kennedy's that was awesome. I had known that Joseph Kennedy was not in favor of going to war with Hitler, I hesitate to say Nazi sympathizer but what I did NOT know was Joseph Kennedy was not a self made man at all, he came from money.
