Daily Thread for Aug 4th

Morning everyone.

I miss our daily thread on the weekend so decided to just jump in and start one myself for this fine Saturday morning..

Nice weather here today, sunny but much cooler Thank goodness, the heat was getting very oppressive.

Not much planned for my Saturday, have to work for awhile but then may swing by the second hand shop down the street to see if I can find anything interesting.

Kitties are good, tearing around the house leaving havoc in their wake.

So what's everyone else got planned for their Saturday.

24 degrees Celsius here and sunshine. Been busy photographing our kittens , and we've had a family over to sign the papers for buying our blue kitten.

Afternoon!

I slept in until 11 this morning after Brad's dad called at 6:30 and woke me up.

Then I got up and have been surfing the net and doing little else, and that's about what I have planned for today! (after cleaning the house of course)

I love days off, I just wish they weren't so short....

Afternoon all

I spent about 2 hours at work (O/T, woohoo!) this morning, although of course while I was there, it was BEAUTIFUL out. Now its about 84º and 93% humidity (have I mentioned before I HATE SC weather?)

I'm hoping Rob gets done doing whatever he's doing at work (I'm in the office there now, he's out in the shop), so we can go back home and enjoy our weekend!

Oh yeah, and I had also forgotten its tax free weekend here, so I went to the food court to grab lunch - almost decided to see if our little Integra could climb a curb and park there! Then when I was about to leave, two cars raced for my spot

I spilled sprite 0n the keyb0ard last night, s0 n0w its br0ken and the number nine als0 n0t w0rking.

s0 y0u will all have t0 put up with me using the zer0 number key untill i manage t0 get it replaced!

I fly 0ut in 3 weeks and I am s0 very exited, this weekend is very quiet i've decided t0 stay in and sleep and cuddle with the kitties, al0ng with d0ing all the washing and cleaning after w0rking f0r 14 days straight!

Today's been pretty busy. I gave the house a thorough cleaning, and got completely caught up on laundry, as I have to pack tomorrow for a 4-week stay in the U.S..

As the weather was just gorgeous, Jamie and I went for an hour-long walk, most of which consisted of him waiting to pounce on field mice, and of me reading the newspaper.

I am recovering and cleaning from a party last night and going out with some friends in a bit to go have some fun! And going by work to show them a very very large saint bernard we have there. I work at a doggy daycare/ kennel
