As I've mentioned before, I own two kittens; Parrot and Shinobi, both around 4-5 months old. Recently, I had a friend of mine move in with me as a roommate and with her came a 5 year old female cat. So far, introductions seem to be going well enough. Shinobi (the other female) keeps her distance from Precious (the new one) but she's getting better, and Parrot did the same for a while but I've started to notice that he's following Precious around all over the place now, and displaying some weird behavior. For example, he'll sit down (she still growls if either of them get too close) and then start rolling around on the floor in front of her. Aside from that, he just tends to choose a nearby perch and watch her. His behavior with Shinobi is still normal.

I don't think he's old enough to be interested in Precious in a sexual way just yet (though I'm pretty sure she'd swat him if he tried anyway :p), so I'm not sure if this is a way of showing his submission to her (he was very much the dominant cat before Precious arrived) or what.

Some additional information about Precious, if it helps any:

She's used to animals, lived with another cat prior to this.
She has been spayed.
I have no idea if she was the dominant one in her other home.

Might be more submissive, but when are you planning on getting your two kittens spayed and neutered? They can and will breed around 4-5 months old - its not unheard of! And you don't want the boy to be getting his sister pregnant at this age (or any age).

Well, actually I don't mind if we end up with kittens, and my current two kittens are from seperate litters, so mating is okay with me.

But on an update, Precious just went a little spazzy for whatever reason and started chasing Shinobi around the house, trying to fight. She cornered her and I had to chase her off, Shinobi was terrified.

Precious also bit me, though it was unrelated to the chasing. I was petting her (which normally she loves) and she just flipped over and bit my hand.

...sounds to me very much like he's soliciting play from her, and that he's interested in her for this reason. Cats ARE social, contrary to what some "experts" say, and they do love one another's company when they get along, just like we do! Sounds like you're going to have a fun household!
