As some of you know, I am adopting a deaf kitten who has been sick, and has finally just started to eat, and I found the recipe for kitten glop and I was wondering how much do I feed it (if need be) and how often?

This mat caught my eye because of its size and texture, which traps fine litter rather well. It's large enough for jumbo litterboxes, which is also a plus. It's not quite as easy to clean as a...

This scoop was a freebie with some clumping litter I bought last year, and I like it so much that I've bought a second one. It's perfect for fine clumping litter, which it sifts very thoroughly....

This is the worst litter I have ever tried in my life. The cats don't care, but I do - it stinks to high heaven and doesn't clump at all like it claims.

How old is your kitten? If it is weaned, it needs to be fed small amounts several times a day. It depends on the age and how sick it is. Also warm the glop up to room temperature or a little warmer they eat it better.

See how much is consumed in 15 minutes. Feed several(up to 6) times a day. Monitor food intake by writing how much is consumed at each feeding. This will give you a guide for the next day. After a week start over with 3/8 cup. Adjust as needed!

He is 4 months old and finally started eating on Christmas day after his illness - a cold I believe.
Thanks for your advice, I need as much as I can as I have never had a kitten, I have always adopted adult cats.
