OMG my tummy hurts

OK, I always eat several times a day in small portions. Lately I've just been snacking all day so my tummy's all shrunk up. Tonight at my parents I pigged on tacos and now my tummy is so upset. I keep burping up the taste and everything. I just took some Peptol so I hope that will help.

Oh, I hope you feel better soon! Question...any refried beans in the tacos? That can be a killer.

Something else that really helps (if the upset is actually in the stomach and not the intestinal tract) is Pepcid AC. That stuff is a lifesaver!

Unfortunately I don't have any but I'm starting to feel better now that the food is digesting. Thanks for the advice.
