Ants can't cross a chalk line.
I'm having the darnedest time with ants in my kitchen this year. (coming up on the counters from behind the stove somewhere, and congregating inside the dishwasher!) We put new traps out last week and we've been spraying them with windex when we see them. Next year I'm drawing a chalk line around the outside of the house!
