Probably a mess of chicken wings on the BBQ with Caesar Salad.

Which will be wonderful, but a comedown from last night: a woman Rob works with brought an insane amount of fresh caught/cooked crab into the office on Monday. They got much more on the weekend than they could use, so decided to cook up the rest and share. He brought a bunch home yesterday, I shelled it, and we had it with papaya and aioli on a bed of butter lettuce. Not going to beat that meal for a while.

The manicotti is made and in the pan. Just waiting for my bf to get home from work so I can bake it

Unfortunately, I'm out of garlic bread and didn't realize it
I buy the frozen toast kind and usually keep some in the freezer. We rarely use bread, so I can't even make my own. *sigh*

We had the Leftovers from Mom's 86th Birthday lunch today from THE WILMINGTON TEAROOM. We had small different kinds of sandwiches, scones, and small pastries. Delicious!

Would BF pick up a loaf of crusty bread on his way home for you? Wouldn't take long to slice and garlic butter it, so it can go in the oven with the manicotti. Just a thought. Sounds good, either way.

We're having Mahi Mahi and vegies. Just trying to decide how to cook the fish - what sort of marinade to use.

I was going to have mashed potato, but cheesy scalloped potatoes sounds REALLY good - I think I'll do that instead!
