Too much sharing?

It seems like every time I go to the bathroom, to actually er use it, Riley follows me in and jumps in the litter box!

I can do without that one bit of sharing and togetherness

Do any of you have the litter box in the bathroom, and if so, does your cat do this?

My litterbox isn't in the same bathroom that we all use alot.. BUT,, i've had them come and sit on the side of the tub and just watch me.. I still think they don't get what I'm doing... Plus Chessy likes to look as I flush,, she finds that soo amusing!

Our litter box is in a closet in our bathroom (with a kitty hole cut in the door)
My hubby swears that our Toby sees him go in there everytime he has to poop and goes in the litter to do the same.
On the other hand, Tedy follows (everyone who will let him) and rubs their legs while they go. He thinks it his solomn duty and sole responsibility to keep you company while you are in there.....and he`s gotten pinched in the bathroom door a few times by folks trying to get the door shut before he gets in there with them....yet he still tries. (And if he gets shut out he sits outside the door and cries till you either let him in or come back out yourself.

Milky and Catu does the same! .....and I tell they...."Kitts you have to put a schedule to came at the bathroom!............"...

But seriously my friend, same reaction have my kitts!

Wickett does this all the time. Their litter boxes are in our downstairs bath and he usually has to follows... sometimes Frankie does too. In fact, we had my family over for dinner last month and Wickett followed my mom to the potty and as she said "We went together!" I'm so glad she found it endearing. LOL

I guess its just one of those silly things cats do

Alley didn't have a litter box, so this is new for me!

Yeppers. Nearly everytime I go to the bathroom I have a kitty in there going to the bathroom too.

I call it Luna and My's special bathroom time
