Looking for cat/breeder

We currently have 2 cats (and a small dog), but I am interested in adopting another cat, but this time a purebred. I have done some research and am interested in a Turkish Angora or other long-harid, blue eyed (hearing) cat. I have never purchased a purebred cat so I am not sure how to find a breeder or what questions to ask. Is there a website available with questions to ask that I could print out?

The kind of cat that I am looking for is a white, long-haird (or med. hair) cat with blue eyes. His/her personality must be laid-back and able to handle a very busy household. She must be affectionate and purr and "talk". I want my cat to WANT to snuggle with me. Could anyone help me find a cat like this?

I live in Eastern PA and would prefer to adopt locally.

DO some homework... plus what your asking NO breeder can say for certain a cat will talk( yes some breed talk more than others)

Also, white cats with blue eyes....you will want to be sure you are finding a good breeder. I've known some "mediocre" breeders to let blue eyed whites slip through the cracks. It'll be hard to find a solid white blue eyed kitty, even purebred, that hears, IMO. But, I am best with moggies, so do not take my word to be 100% true.

Oh about a white long haired talking cat - will you go for a semi long not necessarily pointed white cat that talks? May I suggest you look at the rarer breeds like the Javanese and Balinese? Wonderful cats with great purrsonalities!
