my ID is horrible! and I don't renew it until 2008 on my 23rd birthday..
I am so totally dressing up for the new one.

No, I don't dress up. What's the point? You won't be able to see it anyway, and you want to capture what you would look like on any given day! A friend of mine told me to not smile for my driver's license because if you think about, you're not smiling when you get pulled over. I smiled anyway. I don't renew mine til my birthday 2009!!!
I try to make sure my hair and makeup looks good.. Otherwise on regular days, I could care less.. But it's a picture that everyone has to see or those who need to see it anyways.. lol
The two things I care about when I have to have a pic at the DMV is my hair and make-up but most of the pic's they take come out crappy but at least I feel good

And out of all my ideas, which I got em all the same year the one year..they all have different hair styles, length, and color
But the one pic was unexpected for my one school...so can u imagine a class full of girls literally 3 boys in there, all back by the mirror trying to get ready
And for my hs's id they just took our school picture from some previous year, luckily I liked that pic
And my ID I was up early and scrunched my hair or try to at least..but it was so early I just threw on some make up and said whatever
SO it all really depends on my mood, though I try to get it all to look good! But most of the time im like ugh just get it over with because well no matter what picture u take I aint goin to like it

The only difference for me is that I will actually put a little makeup on.
I don't make any extra effort, though I do put a comb through my hair right before the picture is taken. It needs to be me the way they're going to see me, and that's very unlikely to be gussied up
, so tidy is all I worry about.
I went "as is" to get my license picture taken, and really wish I didnt. It looks like a mug shot, and a poof of my hair is sticking up smack dab in the center of my head. Ughhhh. I think when I turn 21 I'll get a new license (they are 10 year licenses here, so its actually good until 2016, or when I'm 29!)
I just try to make sure my hair looks decent...I dress casual.
