Finally someone takes responsibility for his actions

This was such a horrible story. But after hearing about all of the legal maneuvers, etc, it is good to see a person actually takes responsibility and plead guilty to all of the charges with no plea deals.

Wow. I'm glad that guy accepted responsibility. It seems he truly has remorse for what he did. He's man enough to not force the family through a trial. I wish more people would learn from him.

I agree. It doesn't happen often enough. Somehow they ususally try to get the blame off of themselves however they can.

It's all well and good that he took responsibility for his actions but the man is still a scumbag. DUI is bad enough by itself but he killed people because of irresponsibility which is unexcusable. I hope he never gets out of prison.

I hope that this is genuine, and that he is trying the only way he can to make up for this tragedy, which was a dreadful, horrible accident, but for which he needs to be punished as the law dictates. I hope that's the reason for this, and not that he is hoping for a lighter sentence.

If he did it out of remorse, good for him. He made a HUGE mistake that cost lives, and it's amazing he's accepting that responsibility. I can only hope that his time in prison will change him through and through.

At the least, he'll have stopped drinking and driving.

I hope someone prints this out and send it to Lindsay, Paris, and Nicole. That could have easily been them in the drivers' seat.
