As some of you know, I partnered up with a pest control company.
We've decided to do a poll on different rates of services.

If you could take just a few mins and help me out I'd be ever so greatful!

Do you have pest control services?

If so, for what type of pests?
How much a month/quarter/once a year?

If no what would you be willing to pay per month/quarter/once a year?

Have you ever had to pay for termite services?
How much and what did they do? (i.e. Fume/tent your house, spray or other?)

THanks you guys!
I appreciate it!

Im also making phone calls to other pest control companies today to get prices also

No problem!

If I had pest control services I don't think I would have them come regularly since I can't afford it. If I had a problem with pests I just get the stuff from the store for it. If it was a major problem I would just have them come in for a one time thing. Sorry that's probably not much help...

That's what I would do
Search around for the best price!
Good luck with the whole pest control thing!

We don`t use pest control that we pay for as a service.
We did have a house treated for termites probably at least 25 years ago and it cost us right around $1,000. I`d imagine it is considerably more now. (They were in my sewing room wall, and we did the carpentry repairs ourselves...so the $ was strictly for the treatment of the house.)
I`m probably not much help here. Sorry.

I'm probably not much help because if I see bugs I just send DH out with the spray to take care of them

And we don't treat for termites because the lot was pretreated under the house before it was built and a termite bond came with the house.

I wish I could be more help.

I'm thinking in FL it would probably be best for your pest control services to hook up with some of the big builders in the area (holiday builders, adams homes, lennar, etc) to pretreat the foundations and then charge yearly for a termite bond. Probably where the money is for the least amount of work.
