Someone please inform him....

Would someone inform Tonka that just because he's declawed it doesn't mean he can "sharpen" his "claws" on my face while Im half asleep in bed

I was just about to fall asleep when Tonka decided to do this. Im awake now, and he's doing in on my leg.... I think it's a ploy to get treats because he knows I cant resist when he does it... It upsets me that someone declawed him and he knows I feel sorry for him so when he "sharpens" his "claws" I "awwww.. Poor baby" and he gets treats

Well, he just decided to jump in my lap.. Something he's NEVER done!

He's been alot more affectionate towards me the last couple of days.
Im thinking that whoever had him before us basically fed him and thats it. No interaction.
He was VERY antisocial with the other brats and would sleep in the closet for days only coming out to eat and use the litterbox.

Maybe he's finally coming out of his shell?

I suppose it's better than him having claws and sharpening them on your face
