Chronic sinusitis

Hello,
I was wondering if anybody has cats that have this condition? I am looking into adopting a kitty that has it, and I was wondering if anybody can give me some insights on this... thanks!

Sometimes it's due to allergies. You never know, the kitten's sinuses might clear up and never give you any more problems after she comes to live with you.

I don't have any personal experience with this but I seen a case of it on the ER Vets show on Animal Planet. This particular cat got to the point where she would sit and shiver from pain. They performed surgery, I don't know the particulars of it, but it permanently took care of the problem. The cat kind of looked like Frankenstein right after the surgery. The top of her head was shaved and it was quite a scar but she healed up fine. She was a long hair cat and you couldn't even see the scar after the fur grew back in. I doubt that very many cats get to that point but if they do there is an option that will still take care of the problem.
