I know by now you're used to my chatting about recipes...well Tristan and i went to see the Simpsons movie last night, and we had our munchies, went to buy our tickets..but as i hadn't had much to eat that day i went scrounging for some more food to take into the cinema and i only had about $5 left in my purse. So i managed to find these absolutely delicious scalloped potatos, they weren't fatty, weren't too cheesy, just perfect!
So today i dig up what i could. I wanted to make scalloped potatos...but i wanted to make bolognaise...and i couldn't decide...so i made a pastaless lasagna!!! I used the thinly sliced potatos as they in between layering, and made the mince meat/bolognaise and omg it smells delicious!!!! I didn't have any stock or full cream milk, but i managed to fork together egg, nutmeg, skim milk, some light & tasty cheese grated and chives, mushed it all together in a bowl and spread it onto the lasagna!!!
You girls would be SOO jealous

Dont you hate it when you get inspired to make something..but it takes HOURS to cook?
