Went to The Melting Pot the other day-got pics might make you hungry!!

Just went to The Melting Pot the other day for MIL's birthday party. The place serves fondue in like a 3 course meal. First was the cheese pot where you get bread and some veges. Second was the main course where you get meat, fish..etc and served with a flavored Coq au Vin pot. The last course was, of course, dessert. It was served with flaming chocolate pot with fresh fruit, cheese cake, marshmallows..etc. Here are some pictures of the food that was served. Enjoy.

In case anyone is interested. Here are the locations in different states. And here is one of their menu from a California location (PDF). Of couse, this is their main web site. In my opinion, the food is not bad, however, it is just over priced. But, It is ok once in a while for a special occasion.

I went to the one in Indy for my SIL's bachelorette party (that's where it started, lol) and it was DELICIOUS! I want to drag DH there sometime.

There is one locally but I haven't gone yet, My hair dresser says to wear stretchy pants!!

There is one here in Saint Louis. Its so good and super romantic for dates also.

DH & I have gone a few times, but I figured out how to make at home, now I can wear comfortable sweat pants & eat all I want.

We have one of those places about an hour from here! I've always wanted to go! I'd fill up on just the cheese fondu probably!
