Help Please!

I can't seem to access my control panel at all, for some reason I can't change my avatar! A box saying I don't have access keeps on coming up.
Could it be because I'm under 18?
It was working fine at first though...I don't understand!
Please help me, I'm just hoping I haven't accidentally changed any of my account settings!

Yes it is because you are under 18.

If you know which avatar you want a mod may be able to change it for you? But i am not sure how you will see the list of available avatars
