Georgie's story

She was about 3-4 months old when she started hanging from our window screen in October 2003...we started to let her in when it got colder out. Finally one day I went knocking on doors around us...asking about the gray & white kitten.
It end up being the new neighbors( who ended up getting her children taken from her not long after) behind us...this was the end of October...I brought her back to them told them where she'd be if they were looking...she was back 2 days. So I kept her in for a week...no one came...no one ever came for her...so nearly 4 years later here she is.
She was afraid to be touched on the head for 2 years...it took her years to warm up to me, she prefers men...well these days she loves everyone.
Now she cuddles, plays, purrs, asks to be petted on the head...and is the biggest bum/garbage digger/food thief ever. Hey but we love her!

Georgie is beautiful! Stories like that really irk me though because someone got her and would not care for her. Well, their loss is Georgie's and your gain!

I just cannot figure folks...but what a happy ending and Georgie is happy, healthy and has her forever home!

The rumor I heard about the reason she didn't want her...is they thought she was pregnant. Um...she was & is tiny, she didn't have her first heat until she was 6 months old...it was Xmas I remember it well. So how could she be pregnant?
