Hairstyles- Men and Women!

My boyfriend and I are thinking about going and getting our hair cut.

Right now, my hair is just at my shoulders (or just above). I would like to get my hair cut SHORT, maybe even where you can spike it in the back and the front is long? Keep in mind, I'm pretty low-maintance so I don't want to spend TOO much time on my hair!

For the boyfriend he just wants something short, easy, and presentable! He doesn't really care!


Anyone care to share photos of their own hair? PLEASE! Or other pictures of a style that you think we should get?


To make it even more fun- just post any picture of any style of hair... so others can see new hairstyles as well! It doesn't matter the length, style, etc.!

I don't have a decient picture of my current cut. It's cute though- it's to my chest, and layered.
I just donated 12 inches of my hair to Locks of Love back in March, so it was considerably longer before that.
If you do get your hair cut,even though it's not the required 10" they need to make a hair piece....they can still use the scraps to make smaller hair pieces to sell in order to fund their organization!!
Maybe consider having your scraps if you have enough to put into a ponytail to send to them for that!
I'm letting my hair grow out again so i can donate it again.

Colin cuts his own hair here's a picture:

here's a picture of him with our former foster baby Norris (now in his forever home!) you can see the top of his hair cut well in this one. This is how his hair is now. It's faded a little on the sides and he has more on the top. He does a good job i think. If i tried to cut my own i'd wind up bald



this is one of his older hair cuts from when he was in the Navy.

His hair looks good the way it is currently! Thanks for sharing the pics! My boyfriend has red curly hair.. and it's kind of difficult to find the 'perfect' hair cut! When I first met my boyfriend his hair was past his shoulders! It was a huge frizz ball. Luckily, he's grown up a little!

I just got mine cut today and it's almost identical to this one...

The only difference is that I had her cut my bangs a little shorter, because it bugs me when they're in my eyes.
I had about 5-6" cut off of it.

My DH keeps his hair cut similar to the guy's showing (starryeyedtiger's post) only a little longer on the side.
