I haven't dealt with that, just Fibrosarcoma. Raven has an inoperable/untreatable Fibrosarcoma on his spine. The kind of tumor Raven has, the vet told us it can even stop growing and go into remission for a while (which we are hoping for), and there's no real predictable timetable or way that it grows.

I did read that a high protein high fat diet can help starve the tumor. So I've added more canned food to their diet (offering 6 oz each cat daily--Nabu and Stimpy pick sometimes, but Raven eats his rations). And we are switching to a lower carb kibble (nothing like Evo, etc--my cats don't like those type kibbles). I used the Cat Food Charts and will probably be going back to Nutro Max Adult. Right now I'm mixing Iams adult with Nutro Natural Senior until the senior food is gone. I also read about Fish oil and Vitamin E supplements. But Raven doesn't like those.

I read this book, it's about dogs, but still has good information in general about cancer. I wish there was a book like it for cats specifically. I also picked up this book and read an older copy of this one.

We're sending vibes for your kitty. And hugs for you.
