I would love to design a sig, and have Photoimpact, but have no idea where to begin. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction?

Having a quick look on their website (I don't have the software)
It looks like you would use smart remove scene compositor to cut out the cats and Easy Pallette to make the background to put the pics on
